For Letting more no. of users enrolling for a single course then you can make a group for them and then assign a single password for them.
Groups are easy to form in LearnDash.
Just go to the dashboard of WordPress and select Groups under LearnDash.
Now create a new group by Add New button and assign them with the leader and members of the group he wants to access.
