Changing Your Password

Overview

You can change your account password directly from your dashboard without leaving the page. The form asks for your current password first to keep your account secure.

How to Access

Go to Dashboard > Profile, then click the Reset Password tab. You must be logged in to use this form.

Steps to Change Your Password

  1. Go to Dashboard > Profile > Reset Password.
  2. Enter your Current Password.
  3. Enter your New Password.
  4. Re-enter your new password in the Repeat New Password field.
  5. Click Reset Password.

A success or error message appears on the page without reloading. You stay logged in after the change — no need to sign in again.

Common Error Messages

What you seeWhat it means
“Current password is incorrect.”The password you entered doesn’t match your current password.
“The passwords you entered did not match. Your password was not updated.”Your new password and the repeated password don’t match. Try again.
“Fields not found.”One or more fields were left blank. Fill in all three fields and try again.
“Your password is updated.”Success — your password has been changed.

Password Tips

  • Use at least 12 characters.
  • Mix uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Avoid reusing passwords from other websites.
  • Consider using a password manager to create and store a strong password.
