Involve Additional Support Agent to your service

Suppose you need an additional vendor or a team of several people to achieve your customer’s requirements. In that case, the Additional Service Vendor can be added to the services from the WordPress Backend or from the Frontend Dashboard.

Admin and Vendor can add multiple support agents to their services. To add an additional support agent, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the Vendor Dashboard page provided by the EDD FES.
  2. Navigate to Products > Add New.
  3. Go to the Product data section.
  4. Select the Service checkbox.
  5. A new Requirement section will appear just above the Product data section.
  6. Now you can add an additional support agent.
