It’s not possible, BuddyPress provides you with a variety of options to choose in its settings. From Template Pack to Profile Settings and Group Settings.
1. Make sure you have BuddyPress Installed and Activated from Installed Plugins option.
2. Now Navigate to Settings > BuddyPress > Options tab.
Here you can find settings of BuddyPress Plugin.
