Admins cannot see BuddyPress private messages By Default. But private messages can be revealed with the help of a plugin called “BP Messages Tool“. That’s by design. This plugin is helpful for admin in case of harassment reports and accusation cases.
In order to use this plugin. Install and Activate it.
Then Navigate to Tools > BP Messages
