BuddyPress Resume Manager now provides a new field type, which is called the oEmbed field type.
Embed Field Type
Navigate to Wb Plugins > Resume Manager > Field Settings > Add New Field > choose oEmbed in the Field type, and add into any field group.

Login from a members profile.
Navigate to BP Profile > Resume > Add Resume and enter the video URL in the respected field.
