This plugin includes the settings to display xprofile fields with field group name so here you can enable those fields which you want to display on BuddyPress single page profile header. For this:
Dashboard >> WB Plugins >> BP Modify Member Directory/Header.
All the fields created inside the Profile fields will display here. Select the options which you want to display on the single member profile header page.
