The Admin Content Management interface provides a centralized dashboard for reviewing and managing all reported content across your BuddyPress community.

Moderation Queue

Flagged Content List — Admin moderation queue with all flagged content

Access the moderation queue at Moderation in the WordPress admin menu.

Queue Columns

Title/Content: Preview of reported content
Type: Content type (Activity, Member, Group, etc.)
Reporter: Who submitted the report
Report Count: Total number of reports
Date: When first reported
Status: Current moderation status

Frontend Moderation Queue

Moderators can also access a frontend moderation queue, allowing community managers to review reports without accessing the WordPress admin.

Filtering Content

Filter the queue by:

Content Type: Show only specific content types
Status: Pending, Approved, Spam
Date Range: Filter by report date
Search: Find specific content

Bulk Actions

Select multiple items and apply bulk actions:

Approve All: Mark selected as clean
Spam All: Move selected to spam
Delete All: Permanently remove selected

Report Details

Click any item to view full details including all reporters, reasons, and history.

Frontend Report Detail View

The frontend also provides a detailed view for each report, showing complete information about the flagged content and reporter details.
