Private Message Moderation

Private Message Moderation allows members to report inappropriate private messages. This helps administrators identify and take action against users who send spam, harassment, or other unwanted communications.

How to Report a Message

Open the conversation containing the message
Click the Flag button on the specific message
Select a reason for reporting
Submit the report

Spam or promotional content
Harassment or bullying

Admin Review

Administrators can view reported messages and take action:

View Message: Read the full message content
Warn Sender: Send a warning to the message author
Restrict: Disable messaging for the sender
Suspend: Temporarily suspend the sender’s account

Privacy Considerations

Private messages remain confidential. Admins can only view reported messages, not all private conversations.
