How to add or delete multiple criteria(s) of BuddyPress Member Review?

Admin can easily add or delete multiple criteria. Navigate to criteria settings and click on the “Add criteria button“. Now add criteria according to you and click on the Save button. If you want to delete any criteria then simply just click on the delete button to remove it. You can also enable/ disable the criteria field.
