Allow multiple authors to collaborate on the same post.

The Co-Authors module enables:
- Multiple writers on a single post
- Invitation-based collaboration
- Shared editing permissions
- Multi-author bylines on published posts

- Create or edit a post
- Click Add Co-Author
- Search for members by name or username
- Click Invite next to the member
- Wait for them to accept
- Receive notification (email and/or on-site)
- View invitation details
- Click Accept or Decline
- If accepted, post appears in their dashboard
Primary Author invites → Member receives notification

Control how co-author names display on posts:

Drag and drop co-authors to set display order:
- Open post in editor
- Find co-author list
- Drag names to reorder
- Save changes
- Edit post content (title, body, excerpt)
- Upload/change featured image
- Add/modify custom fields
- Save drafts
- Submit for review
- Invite new co-authors
- Remove co-authors
- Delete the post
- Change post status (publish/unpublish)
Enable review-based collaboration for teams:
- Go to Member Blog → Co-Authors
- Enable Editorial Workflow
- Configure:

Co-authors write → Submit for review → Reviewer approves → Post publishes

Prevents editing conflicts when multiple co-authors work simultaneously:
