Yes, you can change the group review label at any time by simply just navigating to the display settings in the backend.
Here you can see two settings: label and colors. For the labels, Change the review label here by giving the singular and plural names according to your choice, and now all the URLs and related text will be changed accordingly.
And for star rating colors, choose the color from the palette.
