How to add or delete multiple criteria(s) of BuddyPress Group Review ?

Admin can easily add or delete multiple criteria from criteria settings. Click on the “Add criteria button“. Now add criteria(s) according to your choice. If you want to delete any criteria then simply just click on the remove button to remove it. You can also enable/ disable the criteria field.
