If Admin has disabled the settings “ Auto approval of Reviews”, then all the reviews will be manually approved by the site admin. When any user will post a review in a group, then it will be listed in the reviews section for moderation in the WordPress dashboard. Now site admin can approve or deny the review accordingly.
