BuddyPress Check-ins plugin allows BuddyPress members to Check-ins when doing post update. Just like other social sites, you can add places where you visited.
How to install the plugin?
Follow the steps:
- Download the zip file from My Account << Downloads section of your wbcomdesigns.com profile.
- Upload the “ BuddyPress check-ins” plugin to the “/wp-content/plugins/” directory via FTP.Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu.
- Alternatively, you can use WordPress Plugin installer from Dashboard >> Plugins >> Add New to add this plugin

Api key- Due to changes in Google Maps API it’s required to use an API key for the BuddyPress Check-ins plugin to work properly.
