The “Nearby Me” feature allows logged-in users to see other members who are located near them, based on their current location. Site administrators can easily enable this feature by following these steps:
- Navigate to WB Plugins > Check-ins Pro > Members Directory.
- Enable the setting for “Nearby Me” by checking the box labeled “Enable Nearby Me tab on Members Directory.”
Once this option is activated, a “Nearby Me” tab will appear in the Members Directory, allowing users to browse members within their vicinity.
Additionally, site admins can customize the feature by setting:
- Nearby Radius: Defines the range within which nearby members will be displayed.
- Distance Unit: Allows admins to choose the unit for the search radius, such as miles or kilometers, to refine search results further.
This feature makes it easier for members to connect locally within your community.
