BuddyPress Business page feature enables the display of a business’s working hours on its listing page. To activate this feature, the site administrator needs to follow these steps:
Set the Time zone and Business hour
This feature allows the business page owner or administrator to configure the time zone and specify the business’s operating hours.
Setting the Time Zone:
- Navigate to Settings: The business page owner or administrator needs to access their business settings.
- Go to Working Hours: Within the settings, find the section labeled “working hours.”
- Select Time Zone: Choose the appropriate time zone for the business. This ensures that the business hours are displayed correctly according to the local time.
Setting the Working Hours:
The business page owner or administrator can define the operating hours of the business. The following options are available:

- Always Open: Select this option if the business operates 24/7.
- Temporarily Closed: Choose this option if the business is closed for a short period but will reopen in the future.
- Permanently Closed: Use this option if the business is no longer in operation and will not reopen.
- Open During Selected Hours: This option allows the business owner to specify the exact hours during which the business is open on different days of the week.
