You can find the general setting by heading towards:
Dashboard >> WC Vendors>> Settings >> General
Vendor Registration – Check this option to allow users to become a vendor.
Terms and Condition Checkbox – Check this option if you want to make Make the terms and conditions checkbox always visible even if become a vendor is not checked
Vendor Approval – Manually approve all vendor applications.
Vendor Taxes – Give any taxes to the vendor.
Vendor Shipping – Give any shipping to the vendor.
WordPress Dashboard – Only administrators can access the /wp-admin/ dashboard.
WordPress Login Redirect – Choose(from the dropdown) which page vendors are redirected to after login.
