We have added default topbar designs, and you can easily create new ones and use them from customizer settings.
Add new Elementor Topbar Designs:
Step1: Navigate to Reign Settings >> Header.
Step 2: Create a New Header.
Step 3: Select Header Type as Topbar.
Step 4: Publish once and start editing as Elementor.
Step 5: Save your design changes, and it will be available inside the customizer to set as a global topbar for all pages.
